Cedar Falls, Dec. 28--(Special)--A telegram was received here today from Seattle, Wash., telling of the death of William Morrison in that city yesterday. Mr. Morrison was postmaster at Cedar Falls under Gen. Grant’s administration. His remains will be brought here for burial.
