Ora Belle Clouse Posted: Sunday, October 23, 2016 9:04 am Ora Belle Clouse, 99, of Columbia, passed away Oct. 14, 2016, at her residence. She was born on June 1, 1917, near Danbury, the daughter of Otto and Ina Pearl (Schamel) Tilgner, both of whom preceded her in death. Ora attended grade school in Missouri Ridge School District No. 33 and graduated from Danbury High School with the class of 1935. She was married to Ervin A. Clouse on Nov. 6, 1940, and they moved to Los Angeles and obtained work at Lockheed Aircraft in Burbank. She worked there until her retirement in 1980. After retiring, they moved to North Platte in September 1987. She and Ervin celebrated their Golden Anniversary in 1990, sponsored by nieces, nephews, greatnieces and greatnephews, and greatgreatnieces and greatgreatnephews. Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Hannah. She is survived by several nieces and extended family.
