Frank was born on December 22nd, 1933 in Catawba County to the late Toy Waitzel and Minnie Ruth Fox Isenhour.
In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by four brothers, Troy "June", Horace, Lindsay, Paul Isenhour and four sisters, Marie Carswell, Christine Lail, Martillia Moretz and Betty Isenhour.
Frank was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church and was self employed for over 40 years as a cabinet installer.
Frank is survived by his wife of 54 years, Glenda Hewitt Isenhour of the home, two sons, Eric Isenhour and wife, Melody of Hickory, Mark Franklin Isenhour and wife Brenda of Conover, one daughter, Lisa Renee Isenhour of Hickory, two granddaughters, Jerica Crisp of Hickory, Jade Isenhour of Conover, one grandson, Silas Isenhour of Hickory one sister, Catherine Caldwell and husband, Dean of Hickory, two sister-in-laws, Sue Ella Isenhour of Hickory, Edna Isenhour of Jacksonville and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 23th, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. in Hickory Funeral Home chapel, with the Reverend Mark Smith officiating.
Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends on Monday November 22nd, 2010 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Hickory Funeral Home.
