In memory of John PATON of Kilncraigs who died 12 June 1848 aged 80 years. And Catherine KIRK his wife who died 3rd May 1836 aged 66 years. Also their infant son Andrew who died 7 Sep 1804 and their son John who died 6th June 1832 and their daughter Margaret died 8th Feb 1853. Also their daughter Eliza, wife of John WHITE, Merchant, Edinburgh who died 19th April 1869, their youngest son Alexander PATON of Cowden Park fell asleep in Jesus 18th Sep 1860. Also their daughter Catharine PATON died 1 Jun 1893 age 85 years.
