A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, September 2, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Church Point for Rickey Boudreaux, 57 who passed away on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at 5:44 P.M. at Acadia St. Landry Guest Home in Church Point.
Msgr. Jeff DeBlanc, Pastor of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Church Point will be officiating for the services. Burial will be in the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church New Cemetery in Church Point.
The family has requested the visitation to be held on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. until time of services on Friday. A Rosary will be recited on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at 7 o’clock in the evening in the Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Church Point.
Survivors include his wife of thirty seven years, Sandra H. Boudreaux of Church Point; one daughter, Mattea Boudreaux of Church Point; one son, Toby and wife, Kelly Boudreaux of Church Point; his father, John Boudreaux of Rayne; three brothers, Pat Boudreaux of Bosco, Allen and wife, Leeana Boudreaux of Scott and Clarence Boudreaux of Texas; three sisters, Lynda Hunkapillar of Texas, JoAnn Lavergne of Church Point and Eva and husband, Tony Ramirez of Texas; four grandchildren, Nycole, Alex, Eric and Meghyn.
Rickey was preceded in death by his mom, Melina S. Boudreaux.
Duhon Funeral Home, 701 S. Broadway Street, Church Point, Louisiiana was in charge of all of the arrangements.
