Born in Mountain Top, she was daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Smee) Hudock.
Kay was a member of St. Jude Parish, Mountain Top, and its Ladies Auxiliary. She was also a longtime member of Mountain Top Hose Company No. 1 and the Mountain Top Ambulance Ladies Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death, in addition to her parents, by her brothers, Joseph, William and Henry Hudock, and her sisters, Christine and Peggy.
Kay is survived by her husband of 68 years, Nicholas; her children, Eileen and her husband, Tom, Eugene and his wife, Doreen, and Eric and his wife, Diane; her grandchildren, Amanda, Braden, Kyle, Jeffry, Nicole, Nicholas and Erica; great-grandchildren, Emilie, Eisley and Elliot; her sister, Ann Modrovsky; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday in St. Jude's Church, Mountain Top. All those attending are asked to go directly to the church for the 9:30 a.m. start.
Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Drums.
Relatives and friends are invited to call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at McCune Funeral Home, Mountain Top.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Mountain Top Ambulance Association, P.O. Box 63, Mountain Top, PA 18707.
