Mrs. Morgan died Sunday, February 1, in the Hewitt Home following a long illness. A native of Giles County, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Julia Ann Joines Carvell. She was married to John W. Morgan, a Lawrenceburg barber, who died in 1933. She had resided in Lawrenceburg for 40 years and had operated a boarding house there. She was a Methodist. Survivors include eight grandchildren; twenty-five great grandchildren, and eight great-great grandchildren
