Obit - J. M. Copeland's Mother Succumbs

J. M. COPELAND of Dryden, Oklahoma, returned from Alvord, Texas last Sunday where he attended the funeral of his mother, Mrs. W. L. COPELAND, who died on the 19th and was buried on the 20th.
Mrs. Copeland was the mother of 11 children, five boys and six girls, all present at her death except two. This is the first family member to depart from this world. She was 65 years old and a member of the Methodist church since age 14. She was in poor health during the winter, finally developed pneumonia. Mr. Copeland is the only one of the children living in Harmon County, Oklahoma.
