Fannie married a second time on Nov. 25, 1895 in Boston to Charles W. Holloway, with whom she had two children, Ivy and Raymond.
Though she lived in Newburyport for a number of years, by 1940 she was residing with her son Forace and his wife Sarah in Rockland.
She was laid to rest in Highland Cemetery in Newburyport, in the lot of her late husband's father, her father-in-law, Thomas Edward Marshall.
