PAUL BLACKSTONE

NEW CONCORD -- Paul Blackstone, 85, of New Concord, passed away on Saturday, June 22, at home following a long illness.

He was born June 3, 1928, son of Riley and Doris (Lake) Blackstone.

Mr. Blackstone worked at the Tennessee Gas Pipeline facility at Claysville for 37 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, six brothers, daughter Kathy and infant daughter Sandra.

He will be missed sadly by his wife, Ferne (Allen) Blackstone, whom he married Jan. 14, 1951; and four daughters, Judy Moushay of Newark, Dixie (Steve) Cox of Gahanna, Cindy (Kirk) Miller of Newark, and Vicky Blackstone of Zanesville; 10 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; and one great-great granddaughter. He also had many nieces and nephews.

According to his wishes, cremation took place, and there will be no services.
