Burial was in the family plot at Pilgrim Cemetery near Elkhart, Texas with Bailey & Foster Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. She was born December 27, 1928 in Eskota, Texas, the daughter of James Arthur Gunnels and Clara Belle Kennedy Gunnels.
Mrs. Rosson is survived by her husband Thomas Arlin Rosson; daughters, Shelia M. Shaw, Diane Smith and husband Bobby, Barbara Bailey and husband David; and stepdaughters, Linda Bain and husband Bob, and Barbara Dean and husband Don; sons; Weldon C. Cox and wife Meredith, Michael G. Cox, Thomas J. Rosson and wife Kathy; and stepson, Thomas A. Rosson Jr. and wife Debbie; 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
