Oscar Carl Geilhausen, 52, died in Holden hospital in Carbondale yesterday.

He had as a conductor on the Illinois Central until about a year ago when forced to quit working due to ill health.

Survivors include the wife, Margaret, one daughter, Mrs. Robert J. Brunner of Carbondale, two sons, Richard of Carbondale and Robert of Birmingham, Ala., one brother, Walter of Centralia, and two sisters, Mrs. Delia Curtis of St. Louis, and Mrs. Louise Willard of Huntington Park, Calif.

The body will remain at the Parker Funeral Home until the hour of services, tomorrow at 1:30 p.m. at the First Presbyterian church, the Rev. William Jansen officiating.

Burial wiii be in the Beech Grove cemetery, Mounds.
