Age 72, died Friday morning after a short illness. He was born February 21, 1905, in Darboy. He lived in this area all his life and was formerly employed at the Allis-Chalmers Co., for 23 years, retiring six years ago. He was a member of Zion Lutheran CHurch, Appleton, and a veteran of World War II, serving in the United States Army. Survivors include his wife, Grace Behling; a brother, Fred, Rt. 4, Appleton; a half sister, Miss Ann Behling, Tucson, Arizona. The complete funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Brettschneider-Trettin Funeral Home from 4 until 9 p.m. Sunday, and after 8:30 a.m. Monday until the time of service. A memorial has been established for Zion Lutheran Church.
