Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Pulaski, had charge of the arrangements. Burial will be in South Richland Cemetery, Fernwood.
Surviving are his wife, Mary; one son, Donald of Kenosha, Wis.; one daughter, Deborah Fowler of Pulaski; one sister, Beatrice Griffin of Pulaski, and four grandchildren.
Mr. Buck was a life resident of Pulaski. He attended Pulaski district schools. Mr. Buck was a self employed farmer and butcher for many years and retired in 1974.
He and his wife cared for more than 50 foster children.
