Vincent M. Florkowski, 1030 W. Napier St., died Thursday after noon in Hines Veterans Hospital, Hines. II. He was born in South Bend Aug. 4, 1885, and lived his life here. He leaves a daughter, Mrs. Henrietta Estelle, San Diego, Calif.; one grandchild and three brothers, John, Anthony and Frank, all of South Bend. He was a member of the Army & Navy Union, Lottie A. Zell Garrison 146; Pulaski Post 357, American Legion, and the Polish National Alliance, Star of Victory Group 83. Friends may call at the St. Joseph Funeral Home until the funeral at 10 a. m. Monday in St. Hedwige's Catholic Church. Rev. Boleslaw Sztuczko, C.S.C., pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Polish Cemetery. Members of the Army & Navy Union will serve as pallbearers and members of the Legion Post will direct rites at the grave.
