Richard Lee Sampley, 59, of Alexander, Arkansas died Sunday, March 12, 2006.
He was an electrician and a Navy veteran.
He was preceded death by a son, Joseph Sampley; his father, Jesse Elet Sampley; his stepfather, Clinton Dunlap; two brothers, Bob and Jesse Sampley; and a sister, Evelyn Louise Goodson.
Survivors are three daughters, Samantha Patrick, Cynthia Bennett and Tammy Sampley; his mother Lucille Dunlap; two brothers, J.E. Sampley and Dewitt Sampley; two sisters, Gladys Henderson and Alice Alford; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A memorial graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday at the Antioch Cemetery in Perry County.
