Miss BETTY ANN ONG was one of the American Airlines Flight Attendants serving on board AA Flight 11 out of Boston's Logan Airport that fateful 9/11 morning, who at the risk of her life had the courage to call American Airlines Reservations Center in North Carolina using the on-board GTE AIRFONE, and in a calm and steady voice, reported the HIJACKING, MACE attack, stabbing of two other Flight Attendants, and the murder of a First Class Passenger, as well as a minute-by-minute update on what was going on inside the plane, enabling the FBI to identify the Hijackers by their Seat Numbers as reported by Betty, who remained on the line for the next 23 minutes, until she and everyone else on board were killed when Mohamad Atta crashed the Boeing 767 into the North Twin Tower in Lower Manhattan, NYC.

Betty Ann Ong was an ANGEL, VICTIM, and HERO on AA Flight 11 that fateful 9/11 morning. Her last words were, "PRAY FOR US... PRAY FOR US!!" as the aircraft was violently manuvering and in a steep dive. She was asking help from GOD for everyone, not just herself... thinking of others, right up to the very end of her life.

Though she is gone and missed terribly by the many people who knew and loved her, she will always be remembered for her bright smile, caring concern for others, and her wonderful sense of humor, always thinking of ways to help others, especially the very young and the elderly. Bee was a sweet and wonderful person who led an exemplary life by bringing joy and happiness into the lives of others, and was loved by and will be terribly missed by everyone who knew her.

GOD Bless you, Betty Ann Ong, and may we never forget the courage, heroism, and sacrafice you demonstrated, risking your life trying to save the rest of the Passengers and Crew from the Hijackers.

Rest now, and find comfort in the arms of GOD.
