Sherrie Lynn Clarke, 73, passed away March 4, 2016 at her home in Memphis. She was a member of Forest Hill Church of Christ, where she enjoyed teaching Bible school. She enjoyed working computer games and puzzles and shopping for her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry E. Mooney and Wanda Beryl (McAlister) Mooney and by a brother, Gregg Mooney.
She is survived by her husband, Ted Clarke; daughter, Brooke (Tim) Tate; sons, B.J. (Tish) Clarke and Bryan (Teri) Clarke; grandchildren, Kristin (Brian) Durm, Justin (Season) Clarke, Daniel Clarke, Holly Clarke, Michael (Meagan) Clarke, MacKenzie Tate and Taylor Tate; great-grandchildren, Hailey, Landon and Liam Durm and by one sister Bonnie (Don) Puckett.
The family will receive friends Monday, March 7, 2016 from 5-7 p.m.at Forest Hill Church of Christ, 3950 Forest Hill-Irene Road, Memphis. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at 10 a.m. at Forest Hill Church of Christ. Interment will follow at Memphis Memory Gardens, 6444 Raleigh LaGrange, Memphis.
