George C. Anderson Sr., formerly of Franklin, died in Casa Grande, AZ, Tuesday evening. He had been in ill health for some time.
He worked at the Franklin post office more than 35 years, then 15 years ago moved to Unity, PA, where he lived until going to Arizona last fall.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lucy McCrea Anderson; two sons and two daughters, Charles Anderson, Carlisle, PA, Mrs. Fulton Jackson, Unity, PA, George C. Anderson Jr. and Mrs. L. B. Conaway, Casa Grande, AZ.
Services will be in Casa Grande Thursday, then the body will be brought to Barron Chapel.
