Mrs. Priscilla (Evergreen) Thomas - A native of Silas, AL and a resident of Mobile, AL died Monday, April 20, 1987 at her residence. She was a member of Mt. Gilead Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Mr. Mose M. Thomas of Mobile, AL; eight children, Charles (Lucy) Hall, Clinton L. Hall, Timothy (Laura) Hall, Patricia Andrews, Los Angeles, CA, Mamie Thomas France Hall, Carolyn Thomas, and Paula H. Thomas; a mother, Mrs. Amanda Nicholson; one brother, Mr. Nathan Figures; fourteen grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held at the Christian Benevolent Funeral Home Parlor Friday, April 24, 1987 from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. and from Mt. Gilead Baptist Church, 1151 Congress Street after 5 p.m. The family will receive friends from 8:00 until 10: p.m. Funeral services will be held from the church Saturday, April 25, 1987 at 11 a.m. with Rev. F. M. Campbell, pastor, officiating minister. Interment will be in St. Austin Cemetery. Funeral arrangements by Christian Benevolent Funeral Home, 201 N. Hamilton Street, Mobile, AL
