He was born in Deerfield and received his education in Whitesboro Schools. He was a WW II Air Force Veteran.
He was employed at A.D. Julliard and more recently at Grand View Cemetery. He was a member of St Paul's Church and a member of the Whitesboro Fire Department for 42 years, the Whitesboro Exempt Fireman's Benevolent Association and the Fire Police.
Internment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
