James Harvey Vernon, her brother, indicated in his history of the family that Adaline died in 1882 and was buried in the Allen Cemetery. She had a baby which was also buried in this cemetery (probably prior to 1880) according to James Harvey Vernon's history. The location of either grave within the cemetery is not documented.
