William "Bill" Burch was an early TV writer, producer and director, known for The George Gobel Show; The King Family TV Series and TV specials; and The New Truth or Consequences.

Bill was married first to Rebecca Jenkins Endres with whom he had 3 children. She died in 1964.

Bill married Yvonne "Vonnie" King of The King Sisters singing group in 1966. He was the stepfather of Yvonne's daughters, Tina Cole and Cathy Cole Green.

Bill died on October 1, 2005 in Sacramento, CA of complications after surgery. He and Yvonne had been married for 39 years.
