Alvin A. Dillinger Jr., 75, of North Huntingdon, formerly of Dawson, died Thursday, Dec. 3, 2015, at Forbes Regional Hospital. Born Sept. 16, 1940, in Connellsville, he was the son of the late Alvin and Iva Pearl (Ellenberger) Dillinger, and husband of Norma (Wetzler) Dillinger. Alvin had a strong faith in God, and will be dearly missed by his family and friends. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Denise (James) Daugherty, of North Huntingdon, and Shelly Dillinger Hunter, of Whitaker; stepchildren, Tracy Dillinger, of Hazelwood, and Randolph Dillinger, of Somerset; brothers, Eugene and Wayne (Donna) Dillinger; and many loving grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, John, June, Anna Grace and George.

Private burial will take place at Cochran Cemetery in Dawson. Arrangements are entrusted to JAYCOX-JAWORSKI FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY.
