SACRED
TO
THE MEMORY OF
SUSANNA WALTERS
Who DEPARTED THIS LIFE ON THE 3RD
of JULY 1840 Aged 47 years
Also IN Memory of HARRIET WALTERS Aged 6 months
Beneath this silent grave doth lie
a meek and tender wife
It was God that called her from on high
to inhabit eternal life
Before the vital spark had fled
one favour she did crave
When she was layed among the dead
This spot might be her grave.
