Michael Edward Maleski, Sr., 55, of Virginia Beach was called home to the Lord on Saturday, September 5, 2015 after a brief illness.

Mike was born on January 16, 1960 to Dusty and Shirley (formerly Jones) Maleski of Virginia Beach.

Mike, a life-long resident of Virginia Beach, was a graduate of Kempsville High School and Norfolk State University and was employed at Lyon Shipyard as a Ship Fitter.

Mike is survived by his wife Donna; his children Angie Lee, Jessica Kozar, Mike (Kerry) Maleski Jr., Crystal Maleski, Christian Maleski, and Logan Maleski; his parents Dusty and Shirley Maleski; siblings Michelle (Mike) Lamb, Sharen (Brian) Hodges; his Uncle Lonnie Jones and grandchildren Trevor, Levi, Kanin, Kayleigh, and Justice. Mike is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Burial at Rosewood Memorial Park (North Witchduck Road).
