Born Sept. 19, 1941, in Elgin, the son of Carlos and Gertrude Kramer, he died Saturday, July 5, 1997, at Columbia Hoffman Estates Medical Center.
Survivors include his mother of Elgin and his brother, Larry (Karen) Kramer of Elgin.
He was preceded in death by his father.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his name to the family or to the charity of donor's choice.
