LEANO, Denise Marzelle "Neecer""Red" age 48 passed away August 18, 2006 in Lancaster. Was born March 19, 1958 in Huntington Park, California and has been a resident of the Antelope Valley for the past 31yrs. Denise was a Registered Nurse for many years at the Antelope Valley Hospital. She is survived by her husband George; three children, Sarah, George Jr and his girl friend Yvette Alvarado, and Alexander Leano all of Palmdale; one brother and two sisters, Bryan Blackwell of Lancaster, Tina Greenwood of Palmdale, Lisa Hamilton of Littlerock, and one precious granddaughter Jasmine Leano. She also leave behind her mother-in-law Magdalena Leano; two sister-in-laws, Marilou Foronda, and Grace Jalandoni; two brother-in-laws, Eduardo Leano, and Amor Leano, all of Lancaster, & numerous other family and friends. Denise was preceded in death by her son Anthony Leano, her parents, Calvin and Marzelle Blackwell and her father-in-law Sebastian Leano. A Visitation will be held 4:00pm to 9:00pm with a Vigil Prayer Service starting at 7:00pm Friday, August 25, 2006 at Halley-Olsen-Murphy Memorial Chapel , Lancaster. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated 9:00am Saturday August 26, 2006 at Blessed Junipero Serra Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Good Shepherd Catholic Cemetery.
