Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, Ruth Strange went to be with the Lord on July 16, 2013. She was born in Bernice, OK on April 8, 1925 to Edwin & Elizabeth Allen. Ruth was the youngest of four children. She is preceded in death by her parents & two siblings, June & Mary. Ruth is survived by her husband, Robert L. Strange; son, Mike & wife Jackie Strange; grandson, Trey Mangham; granddaughter, Holly Hampton & husband Robert; great grandchildren, Camden, Kody & Kayleigh & many adoring nieces & nephews. Bob & Ruth moved to Moore in the early 60’s where they opened Southgate Drug Store. They worked together until their retirement in the early 80’s. Formal visitation will be Saturday, July 20, 2013 at the John M. Ireland Funeral Home from 2:00 PM- 4:00 PM. Service Monday July 22, 2013 2:00 PM.
