He was born May 5, 1925, to Harry G. and Lillian E. Medinger Barngrover in Huntley, Neb. He graduated from Alma High School in Alma, Neb.
He was a former resident of Grand Island, Neb., for 10 years and had lived in Loveland for 32 years. He owned and operated High Country Cleaning in Loveland since 1983.
He was a member of St. John"s Catholic Church. He enjoyed helping friends and family and loved his pets.
He is survived by his sister, Ethel Higgason of Omaha, Neb.; six nieces and nephews; nine grandnieces and nephews; two great-grandnieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Phil Higgason.
Memorial services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 19, at Allnutt Hunter Chapel.
Inurnment will be in Alma, Neb.
Memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society in care of Allnutt Funeral Service, 2100 N. Lincoln Ave., Loveland, CO 80538.

FORT COLLINS, Colo. — Earl Dean Barngrover, 80, of Loveland died Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2005, at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins.
Memorial services were Nov. 19 at Allnutt Hunter Chapel in Loveland. Graveside services and burial of cremains will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Alma (Neb.) Cemetery with the Rev. John Birkel officiating.
Banta-Torrey Funeral Home in Alma is in charge of arrangements.
