STRUCK BY TRAIN
RETIRED ORCHARDIST KILLED - SYDNEY

Sunday - Seth Pogson, 87, retired orchardist of Epping, was fatally injured when struck by an electric train while crossing the line at Cheltenham. Pogson had bad sight and was hard of hearing.

The oncoming train was hidden from view by another outward bound train.
