Mrs Fanny Allen Dead at 77
Mrs. Fannie Allen, died yesterday morning at her home, 219 N State street. She was 77 years old.
Mr. Allen was born at Ottawa where she made her home for many years. She has lived in Iola since 1937.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs L A Grubbs, with whom she has lived in recent years.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Sleeper chapel. The Rev Alvin Parker, Lawrence, will officiate. Burial will be at Highland cemetery.
