Sarah lived with Michael D. Coffeen and Helen Lyons-Coffeen from the 1850 census all the way to 1880 census. And Michael died in 1882.

The DEATH CERT for Sarah says she DIED in Illinois,,
it also gives state of birth as NY but I think it was actually KY... Death certs are very rarely completely accurate.

A Sarah Askew was married to Dr. James Harvey Lyons whom she divorced in Illinois. They had 5 kids together:

The memorial above appears NOT to be her daughter, as if we look VERY closely to the headstone... the dob/dod are actuall "1836-1905" not the right one...
So we need to find this HELEN M LYONS-COFFEEN
