Bill is survived by his daughter, Betty Kermeen (Chris Esch); his son Philip Kermeen (Tina); his two brothers, Joseph & Dennis; his four sisters, Yvonne, Pauline, Sandy & Virgina “Ginny Mae”; and his seven grandchildren.
