She married Dale "Nub" Stephen on October 14, 1963 at Stringtown Baptist Church. She was a member of Stringtown Baptist Church. She enjoyed fishing, sewing, playing slot machines and reading. She is preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Gene Wills, Evelyn Burleson, Wanda Bowen, Billy Joe Wills and Betty Seevbeck.
