Denny L. Banghart, 58, of Mishawaka, passed away Saturday, August 8, 2015.

Denny was born August 28, 1956 in Mishawaka, a son of the late Doyle and Cecile (Cunningham) Banghart. He served his country in the US Marines. At one time he attended Gospel Center Missionary Church in South Bend with his mother.

Denny is survived by three children, Branden (Carrie) Banghart of Mishawaka, Garrett (Kendra) Banghart of Middlebury and Aimee (Mark) Akins of Indianapolis; a grandson, Luke Akins; two sisters, Judy Parker and Sandra Hammond of Mishawaka; and a brother, Thomas (Sandra) Banghart of Crawfordville, Florida.

Besides his parents, he was also preceded in death by a sister, Diana DeCloedt.

A Memorial Gathering will be held Wednesday, August 12, from 5 – 7 pm in Goethals & Wells Funeral Home, 503 West 3rd Street, Mishawaka. Private burial will take place at a later date at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger.
