William Thomas Taylor Jr. was the first child born to William Thomas Taylor Sr. and Amelia Elizabeth Lemons. Amelia was born September 1, 1890, and was the daughter of James Lafayette Lemons born March 14, 1859 in Henderson County Tennessee and Joyce Jane Lincycomb born 1881.

William Thomas Taylor Jr. married Sylvia Louvine Isbell. They had two girls.

1.Marian Elizabeth Taylor April 12, 1954. Married Robert William Barker. Two Children:
a. Shannon ReNee Barker- 1974 married Kevin Restelle
b. Mitchell William Barker 1975. married Kerrie Denise Rettig in 2008.

Billie Kay Taylor November 18, 1955. Married James Eugene Sherrell. One Daughter
a. Jamie Lesa Sherrell who married Jonathan Hendricks.
