He was born in Jasper County, IL on Dec. 1, 1915, a son of John Fulton and Ida vans Fulton. He was a former Lawrenceville resident and a construction worker.
Surviving is the widow, Mrs. Margie May Fulton; five children, Thomas and William Joseph Fulton, both at home, Mrs. Bertha Ann Skelton of Olney; Mrs. Mary Kathryn Tucker of Lawrenceville, Bobbie Lee Fulton of Parkersburg; two sisters, Mrs. Edith Christofferson of
Schererville, Ind. Mrs. Ruby Jean Lewis of Shelbyville; and eight grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held from the Emmons Chapel, with burial in the Lawrenceville city cemetery. Friends may call at Emmons.
