She was born to Roy and Nora Belle Mangrum on August 3, 1942 and was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Burton Mangrum and great niece, Patricia Rainey. She was a member of Forest Hills Baptist Church.
Bill Fairchild and she were best friends who married March 7, 2009. Their love and friendship for each other shone as if they were still newlyweds long after the vows were complete. Bill unselfishly provided great comfort and care for Linda throughout her illness.
Linda is survived by her husband; daughters, Natalie Baker, Stacy (Matt) Webb; son, Jason (Tammy) Rediker; grandchildren, Chance (Kayla) and Christian Baker, Madison and Taylor Webb, Jordan and Nicholas Rediker; step daughter, Holly (Todd) Royals; step son, Michael (Debbie) Fairchild; step grandchildren, Caroline, Anna Liz, Sophia and William Royals, Trenton and Tyler Fairchild; as well as sister, Aileen Hardwick; brother, David Mangrum; sister-in-law, Patsy Phy; nieces, Nicole (Bart) Jones and Tamra Rainey; and nephew, Bart Mangrum.
