North Lovell Maine, December 20, 1951. Roy C. Wilhelm, retired head of the New York coffee importing firm of R.C. Wilhelm & Co. Inc. died today in Norway, Maine, hospital. His age was 74. Mr. Wilhelm had passed his summers here since 1931 and lived in a Swiss Chalet he built on his retirement in 1942. He made his permanent home here.

Born in Zaneville, Ohio, he operated the New York coffee importing firm for 45 years. He was also connected for 45 years with the Bahá’í World Faith.

Roy C. Wilhelm was names a Hand of the Cause of God by Shoghi Effendi upon his death:
