Bobby Ray Lincecum, age 74, passed away Sunday, June 14, 2015, in Myrtle Creek, Oregon. He was born August 14, 1940, in Boxelder, Texas, to Marion Maxie and Ann Mae Lincecum.

Bob arrived in Oregon in 1947, when his family moved to Myrtle Creek. He met and later married his high school sweetheart, Ann Howard, on May 6, 1961. Bob graduated from Myrtle Creek High School in 1958, and then joined the U.S. Navy, where he served for two years.

After the military, he attended Eugene Barber School in 1963 and then opened his first barber shop in 1965. During the 1980s Bob started driving fuel tanker truck part-time for Shirtclif Oil, which he did full time until his retirement in 2013.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, Maxie and Anni Lincecum; his brother Billy Wayne Lincecum; his daughter Suzanne Grace Jones; and great-grandson Roudy.

He is survived by his wife, Evelyn “Ann” Lincecum; sons Raymond Wayne Lincecum & Jeffrey Howard Lincecum; daughter Selena Mae Thompson; 15 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Bobby was a member in good standing of the Myrtle Creek Elks lodge for 48 years. He was the Exalted Ruler for 1975-76 and 1994-95.

His memorial will be held at the Elks lodge on Saturday, June 20, 2015 at 2 p.m., followed by a pot luck celebration of life at 3:30 p.m.
