Vernon was preceded in death by his parents Joseph "Joe" and Goldie Ann (Osburn) Hall, brothers Steven and Michael, nephew Ricky Benge, Jr. and great-nephew Nathan Hall.
He is survived by one son, five sisters, five brothers, two step-daughters, four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
He served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 22, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Anderson-Burris Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at Isabella Cemetery.
