Ruth was a home maker most of her life, but was employed seasonally at C.H. Musselman in Biglerville for many years. She was a founding member of Centenary United Methodist Church in Biglerville.
Her husband, Thurman W. Wright passed away in 2004. She is survived by her daughter, Nancy E. Anlage of Mobile, Ala.; three sons, Harold Wright of Hanover, Donald Wright of Atlanta, Gary L. Wright of Dover; nine grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and two sisters, Madeline Smith of Littlestown and, Betty Ramsey of N.C., and a brother, Melvin Hill of Baltimore. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Dorothy Terlizzi and Mary Ionescu and five brothers, Lorraine Hill, Joel Hill, Paul Hill, Ward Hill and Mearl Hill.
Following Funeral services with Rev. Gary Fanus officiating, interment will be in Biglerville Cemetery.
