On Nov. 27, 1971, he was married at Colorado Springs, Colo. Mr. Belcher was a veteran, having served with the U.S. Army. He was employed as the plant manager for Stewart-Morrison Redi-Mix. Mr. Belcher loved to ride motorcycles, was a classic car enthusiast, and enjoyed growing tomatoes. He was a Christian. He is survived by his wife, of the family home; one son, Steven of Willow Springs, Mo.; his mother-in-law, of Colorado Springs, Colo.; four sisters-in-law, all of Colorado Springs, Colo.; 6 cousins; and special friends of Colorado Springs, Col., and West Plains, Mo. His parents; one sister, Barbara Joan; and his father-in-law, Harold Storm, precede him in death. Memorial contributions may be made to the Employee Benefit Fund or American Cancer Society and left at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
