Wayne Braton Branham, 55, of Chillicothe, died 5:27 a.m. Sunday, June 7, 2015 at his residence following an extended illness.
He was born February 1, 1960, in Chillicothe, to the late Rev. David and Martha McConahay Branham.
Surviving are children, Anthony Lee Branham and fiancee, Angelica McKee, of Wilmington and Wayne David Branham, of Chillicothe; brothers, Terry (Betty) Branham, of Waverly and Matthew Branham, of Whitehall; a sister, L. Vicky (Thomas E.) Rhoads, of Pataskala; nephews, Shane and Joshua (Sarah) Rhoads; nieces, Rebecca (Justin) and Paityn Townsend and Ashley and Anna Gillum; and many friends including a special friend and caregiver, Doug Leach, of Chillicothe. He was predeceased by brothers, Patrick McConahay and David L. Branham, Jr. and a nephew, Chad A. Branham.
Wayne was a retired cook.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 10, 2015 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Dr. Dan Tipton and Dr. Kurtis Summerville officiating. Burial will follow in Concord Cemetery, Chillicothe. Friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the service on Wednesday.
