BURLINGTON JUNCTION, Mo. - Pauline Hoyt, age 100, of Burlington Junction, entered into peace Sunday, June 9, 2019, at Nodaway Nursing Home.

Funeral Celebration of Life Services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, June 15, 2019, at the United Methodist Church in Burlington Junction.

There will be no visitation prior to services. Interment will be held at the Quitman Cemetery in Quitman, Missouri.

Memorials may be directed to Quitman Cemetery Fund.

Arrangements were entrusted to the Ritchie Funeral Home of Clarinda, Iowa, where we 'Celebrate Life'.

Pauline Hoyt was born Jan. 7, 1919, in Topeka, Kansas the daughter of Tony McElroy and Mable (Lister) McElroy.

On June 30, 1937, she was united in marriage to Harold Hoyt.

She is preceded in death by: her husband; a son, Harland Hoyt; a foster daughter, Virginia Zimmerman; a great-granddaughter, Whitney Dowis; her parents; and 11 siblings.

She is survived by: her daughters, Sylvia McIntyre, of Burlington Junction; Sheila Gray, of Burlington Junction, and Sherry Camp, of Albuquerque, New Mexico; sons-in-law, Larry McIntyre and Doyle Gray; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great-grandchildren; 2 siblings and numerous nieces and nephews.
