Roumania Corley, 92, of Greenwood St., Barnesville, died Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2000 at Spalding Regional Hospital in Griffin after a short illness.

A Pike County native, Mrs. Corley was the daughter of the late James and Millie Taylor Bankston. She worked for the William Carter Company until her retirement and lived in Barnesville for the past 68 years. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Methodist Church.

Survivors include three sons, J.C. Corley and Kenneth Corley, both of Barnesville, and Donald Corley of Chattanooga, Tenn.; a daughter, Kathryn McCain of Griffin; six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 30 at Haisten-Martin Funeral Home in Barnesville. Rev. Franklin Gibson will officiate. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
