Pearl Williams Lindsey, 101, Cadiz, died at 12:45 a.m. Thursday, May 14, 2015, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center of natural causes.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Goodwin Funeral Home, Cadiz, with burial to be at Flat Lick Cemetery in Christian County.

Visitation will be start at 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

A native of Crittenden County, she was born May 5, 1914, the daughter of the late Wesley and Dora Owens Williams.

She was a homemaker and previousley worked at the former Drury Brothers IGA in Hopkinsville. She was a member of Flat Lick Baptist Church and was also a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and was church organist at New Light Baptist Church in Cadiz and Flat Lick Baptist Church.

Her husband, the Rev. Eugene Lindsey, and two sons, Billy E. and JOe Lindsey, preceded her in death.

Survivors include two sons, Oliver Lindsey, Hopkinsville, and Paul Lindsey, Cadiz; five grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
