Arthur George Horn was born August 9, 1891, in Chicago, the son of Hartwig and Emma (Selhberg) Horn. He received his education in the Chicago schools. He married Theresa Marie Jansen on July 16, 1912 in Chicago. They had no children.
Surviving are his wife, Theresa; his mother, Emma Horn of Chicago; and four sisters, Mabel, Emma, Helga and Wanda Horn, all of Chicago.
He was preceded in death by his father.
