Liam Gabriel Wood, age 3, of West Jefferson, died Thursday, April 23, 2015 at Carolina Medical Center in Charlotte.Funeral Services will be held on Monday, April 27, 2015 at 2:00pm at Boone Family Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Keith Elledge, Rev. Larry Shepherd and Pastor Keith Brown officiating. Burial will follow in the Glendale Springs Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
